Order Confirmation and Packaging
Upon online order confirmation, Universe Marble’s Client Care team will contact the provided phone number to reconfirm the order, verify custom details, and ensure complete accuracy before processing.
When your order is ready, photos will be sent to you for approval. Once approved, items are transferred to our specialized packaging department.
All marble products are secured in multilayer protective wrapping with corrugated or wooden boxing, tailored for maximum safety. Heavy or delicate pieces are palletized to withstand transit and arrive undamaged.
Finalized orders are handed over to certified logistics partners, and you will receive tracking details via email or text message. Barring unforeseen delays, shipments typically take 4–6 business days for delivery within India.
Shipping Coverage Across India
Universe Marble primarily ships via ground/surface transportation to pin codes serviced by leading logistics companies. If your area is not covered, our team will assist you in identifying a reliable alternative delivery solution.
Customers wishing to collect their orders directly from our Pune facility, or wanting to use their own preferred logistics company, can select ‘Store Pickup’ at checkout. The schedule for handover and pickup coordination will be confirmed by our Client Care team.
For fragile stone handicrafts and heavy goods, ground transport is chosen for its proven safety and cost-effectiveness compared to air delivery. Our approach minimizes risk and ensures economical shipping fees for clients.
In-Store Pickup
Selecting the ‘Store Pickup’ option allows you, or your authorized representative, to collect the order from our Pune office. Once the shipment leaves our care, Universe Marble’s responsibility ends, so please inspect items upon receipt.
Damaged Shipments: Reporting and Claims
Universe Marble takes extensive measures to deliver products intact, but unforeseen events may cause occasional damage in transit. Your prompt cooperation enables us to process claims quickly.
On Delivery: If there is visible exterior damage or you suspect issues, note this on the delivery slip before accepting the package. Record an unboxing video as evidence.
Do not delay unboxing for auspicious occasions; claims require immediate reporting.
If any product damage is discovered, notify Universe Marble within 24 hours using our contact details. Include clear photos of all affected areas and retain all packaging for inspection and insurance documentation.
Keeping all packaging and order materials is mandatory until logistics and insurance processes are complete.
In qualified cases following these procedures, Universe Marble will process refunds or exchanges as per policy.
